I spent 6 years inside businesses before I started fixing them.

Operations, customer experience, multiple industries — I've worked across more sectors than most people do in a career. I even built my own dessert brand on Instagram from scratch and hit strong numbers in the first month.

But every role felt the same after a while. I'd walk in, figure out how things worked, and within 6 months I'd already done what most people take a year to do. Then I'd hit a ceiling and feel the pull to move on. Not because I was running away — but because none of it felt like where I was supposed to be.
